I need to increase the spacing betwen menu items

I want to

1) Increase spacing between menu items
2) make the menu items bold

Hello,

1) It’s possible by minor customization Theme Options > Custom CSS
.menu > li > a {padding: 20px 15px;}
2) Go to Theme Options > Typography > Menu > http://prntscr.com/q1ovyh
