    I cant believe this! It happens every time after an update!!

    Hello,

    We do not have this problem on our test installation, so very likely the problem relates to your 3-rd party plugins, it would be better try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem, also please contact WPML plugin support and explain the situation.

    Means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins.

    In case, the problem relates to WPML, you need contact their support because we provide support for issues related strictly to our theme.

    This is a plugin to compatible to your theme.
    You recommended me this plugin!
    It is not working correctly with your theme and I need support to solve this issue after updating your theme.

    You can’t just give the problem to someone else.

    If you don’t want to help, I kindly ask for another worker to look into this

    Please install and activate default WC theme Storefront and check if this issue appears with our theme only, or with default theme too. If the problem appears with our theme and everything works fine with the default theme, I will pass this topic to our developers, unfortunately, they will be able to check it only tomorrow.

    I have tryed to deactivate wpml. And all sites are gone with error 500.
    I dont know how to do the things you wante to!

    If you made backup, you are able to restore your site to previous state.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay. I enabled debug mode on your site and saw errors that relate to WordPress, your current theme version is not compatible with latest WordPress version, so you need update theme to the latest version. If after that, the problem won’t be solved, provide server error log so we could check your problem more deeply.

    We’ve checked this problem with a default theme, and the problem persists. Unfortunately, we are able to help only in case problem related to our theme options or functionality and files.
