We do not have this problem on our test installation, so very likely the problem relates to your 3-rd party plugins, it would be better try to disable 3-rd party plugins and then check the problem, also please contact WPML plugin support and explain the situation.

Please install and activate default WC theme Storefront and check if this issue appears with our theme only, or with default theme too. I enabled debug mode on your site and saw errors that relate to WordPress, your current theme version is not compatible with latest WordPress version, so you need update theme to the latest version. If after that, the problem won’t be solved, provide server error log so we could check your problem more deeply.
