I purchased the XStore Package, which includes the WooZone Plugin. It’s one of the reasons I bought this package—I want to use my website for affiliate marketing with Amazon. However, when I try to import products through the WooZone Chrome extension, it freezes and displays ‘Syncing in progress, be patient!’ I’ve waited for more than 10-15 minutes, but nothing happens. I also attempted to import products using the WooZone plugin within my WordPress website. In that section, I can search for products, but when I try to import them, it just says ‘Progressing’ without any further action.
I’ve submitted several tickets to resolve this issue, and I even contacted the Evanto team. However, they informed me that because I didn’t purchase the product individually, I need to reach out to you again. Please assist me with this matter—I’m truly stuck and don’t know what else to do.”

1/ Please test how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated on the site. Let us know the result or even record a video of your actions and issues.
2/ Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
