Hello,

It’s difficult to find the reason of this issue by screenshots only. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to find the reason of the problem and help you.
It could be related to the thir-party plugin or changes in the child theme, not sure.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then.
Let us know the result.
If the situation is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access. Our technician team will be available after the weekend.
