I set on Home Page Main Menu Normally They Show With White Text Color

    I set on Home Page Main Menu Normally They Show With White Text Color. But When I Check it on Incognito Mode They Show Me The other color with hover Settings. But I want when Nav Show It Should be White color and Without Underline Then Hover on It Then Underline and Text Color Change Show and When The Nav Active then Secondary Color Applied. Please Let me Know Where I am going wrong to Set this.
