I set up the emails with email builder but no emails are being sent.

    Please see the screenshot. No emails are being sent from the site when someone places an order.

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    Please check how it works when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when not XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

    Hi, that’s impossible for me to try, because I cannot make these changes to the live site., And if I make the changes to a staging site then it woudnt be testing the real site.

    The emails dont get sent, happened since last update.

    Hi Jack, I would need to allow you to log into my live sites wp-admin so you can test the problem.
