Please check how it works when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when not XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).

Hi, that’s impossible for me to try, because I cannot make these changes to the live site., And if I make the changes to a staging site then it woudnt be testing the real site.
The emails dont get sent, happened since last update.
