I want rearrange the Attributes like Sequense of Size like S,M,L,XL,XXL not M,L,S,XL,XXL

My title already contains all the my question Itseld.

Basically I want the Attributes to be automatically in sequence of the way I want like S,M,L,XL,XXL and also for the colors if I want Black, White, Blue, Lavender.

Please check the screenshot its no in the way I want.
