I want the footer to be moved down the distance indicated by the arrow
I also want to change the background color of the footer, so I changed the color to white, but it remains blue as it is
check private content area

I hope that you preview the HOME page and see the location of the FOOTER and preview the store page and see its location also to notice the difference

Home and Shop footer – https://gyazo.com/cf45c256d0ff8d7e5109030004fe939b It is correct displaying, because footer block is shown after the page content, your Shop page doesn’t have much content.
