I want to change Theme of my Website as the existing theme does not installing certain files

Subject: Assistance Required: Issues with Theme Installation

Dear 8theme Support Team,

I purchased a WordPress theme today from your platform. While installing the theme, I encountered an issue where some files were not downloading or installing correctly in WordPress.

I would appreciate it if you could guide me on how to resolve this issue. Alternatively, if the issue cannot be resolved, I would like to request a change of theme or a suitable solution.

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

After that, Please clear your browser cache and check again.
