Hello, I want to create a footer similar to the one shown in the screenshot I attached. The footer includes a “+” symbol that, when clicked, reveals additional content.
I want to replicate this exact functionality. Can you please guide me on how to achieve this using the pre-footer section of the theme? Additionally, I want to make sure it is fully responsive.
Please provide the proper steps to do this.

Hello, Shounak_65753,
We would like to inform you that there is an option for “Footer Widgets Toggle On Mobile” (Theme Options > Footer > Footer Layout). However, this feature does not function when the footer is created using a static block.
To resolve this, we recommend restructuring your current footer content as demonstrated in this video: https://youtu.be/NSSFa7ukx6I?feature=shared Specifically, in Appearance > Widgets you will have 4 columns as a result of selecting “Footer Layout > 4” in the theme options. The content of these columns can then be collapsed on mobile devices.
If this approach seems too time-consuming or if you prefer not to invest your time in this process, we suggest reaching out to Elementor plugin support. They may be able to offer an alternative solution – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
