    Hello @Lead,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Your request is not directly related to our theme but rather to the Elementor support, so if the suggestions left below are not useful for you, please, address your request to the Elementor support for configuration of user-role limitations for editing some pages/posts only.

To set up a system where your staff can create new blog posts using a fixed template without editing capabilities in Elementor, you can follow these steps:

    1. **Create a Fixed Template in Elementor:**
    – First, design the template for your blog posts in Elementor.
    – Save this design as a template by clicking on the “Save Template” button.

    2. **Restrict Access to Elementor:**
    – To ensure that your staff does not edit the blog posts in Elementor, you can manage user roles by using a plugin like “User Role Editor”. This plugin allows you to restrict access to Elementor’s editing capabilities.
    – Install and activate the “User Role Editor” plugin.
    – Go to Users > User Role Editor in your WordPress dashboard.
    – Select the role assigned to your staff.
    – Uncheck the capabilities related to Elementor that you want to restrict, such as edit_posts in Elementor.

    3. **Assign the Template for New Posts:**
    – You can automate the use of your fixed template for new posts by using a plugin like “Post Template”.
    – Install and activate the “Post Template” plugin.
    – Go to Settings > Post Template and set your previously saved Elementor template as the default for new posts.

By following these steps, your staff will be able to create new blog posts using the predetermined template but will not be able to modify the template or use Elementor to edit the posts.

    Best Regards,
