Hello, how can I request my refund? I bought the teham and it doesn’t work. I have searched for answers in the forum, and your answers are that it is not your problem, that it is from Elementor, and that they give me support, I have other topics that work correctly with Element. , I just installed the theme, I haven’t added any plugin and I can’t load Elementor

Hello, @Ernesto Angeles,

I have just checked your site and the XStore Core plugin is Installed and Activated on your site and also the Elementor edit page is working perfectly fine as well, please see the below-given screenshots, It must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache of your site and browser and check back.
