I want to stay with Demo Import and modify it

Hello,
I am using one of demo import from XStore theme “niche market 02”
I want to work with this import, because this is awesome looking as per our store.
Also it’ll help to save time to modify all from the start.
Still the main issue im trying to fix it, that is site title. “niche market multivendor demo”
I wan’t to replace it with my title is dis, but in theme settings in Site identity, i multiple time change but it still over there. Which file or option will goes to set it out?

I am Already using Yoast SEO and the setting is same which i was to set. no change
