I want to update - by bobi - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello, I have been using the topic for 5 years and only now I want to update it. But I don’t know how to update. I can’t find an automatic update option anywhere. Please help!

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme.
    We can help you with update to latest version. After that you’ll be able to update theme by yourself using auto-update option.

    We could do the update in 2 ways:
    1) Most safe. Create staging site (full copy of the existing) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll update staging site. You’ll check that everything is ok after update and we’ll update production site after that. If something is wrong we’ll fix the issues (if they are related to our theme, not to third-party plugins or customization that you maybe made) and once everything is ok also update the production.

    2) You do the backup of existing site and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access. We’ll update theme and bundled plugins on your production site. You check if everything is ok.

    Choose the way most suitable for you and let’s proceed with the update.
