Hello am trying to make my header transparent and overlap something similar to
https://eu.louisvuitton.com/eng-e1/homepage

My Website is this – https://beautifyy.ng/

i have tried it with Multiple Headers but it still does not reflect.

I want the video on my home page to over lap into the logo and menus like the Louis Vitton Website.

Clear cache of browser and check now.

Hello,

Update the theme and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Clear all cache after the update. Then edit the header for the Front page.

Hello i have updated to Theme Version 8.2 and still same issue.

The Page just keeps loading with nothing happening

Pls help look into it.

Hello,

You are using old version of the Core plugin. Update XStore Core plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , clear cache and check the header builder then.

I have done everything. I have updated both theme and Xstore Core Plugin and still not working well.

When i try to Edit my 2nd Header it opens up on a new window (I dont like that)! Maybe thats part of the Upgrade but its not too cool.
Also my Frontpage is coming up as Blog which is very wrong.

I really need this work as we are launching in less than 48hrs

Hello,

it opens up on a new window – it was done to speed up the work of the header builder.
When you edit the custom header, the Blog page opens, it was done to speed up the proses, just click on Logo and the Home page will be opened.
Provide FTP access, so our developers can take a closer look at the problem with the custom header. Could you temporarily disable CDN cache?
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

I would give you the Cpanel Details so from there you can access the File Manager.

Hello,

I don’t see issues with the multiple header editing and with changes of the bg color of the header etc https://recordit.co/MKY2iavF8m
So, just edit the header according to your needs and clear the cache.
