I would like to request Refund on my xstore theme

Hi 8theme,
I bought your Xstore woocommerce theme from Envato market.Can I know what is the procedure to get back my money. I’m unable to download the plugin, but the support is useless. I do not get any support at all. I am unsatisfied on the product and wish to get a refund.

I download the theme and it messed up my previous website. Now I need to redo everything again

” I’m unable to download the plugin” – do you mean XStore Core plugin? Please download it from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads

I downloaded the plugin, it stucked for hours on loading for plugin. It’s not working at all.
