    Dear @Gabriele,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is currently installed and configured on your website, which ensures that only critical CSS is being loaded on your pages. To assist in troubleshooting the issue with the icons not loading correctly, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate the plugin for testing purposes.

Once the plugin is deactivated, please check if the icons are displayed as expected. If the issue is resolved, we recommend reviewing the plugin’s configuration settings to ensure that icon fonts are preloaded. Alternatively, you may wish to reach out to the plugin’s support team for further assistance on this matter.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

If I deactivate Litespeed, the menu returns to normal.
Which entry should be excluded in the LT settings to make the menu work properly in Firefox?

    Dear @Gabriele,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to kindly inform you that the LiteSpeed plugin is not developed by our team. Therefore, we recommend referring to its official documentation for guidance on proper configuration. As the support team for 8Theme projects, we are only able to assist with issues related to our own products.

We appreciate your understanding and are here to help with any questions or concerns regarding our themes.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
