Hello, please guide how properly insert the contact form. I’ve created page contacts in the page attributes under template choose “Contacts with wide layout”. Page assigned to custom menu structure.
Please check it on my site: http://www.scorpion3d.com/contacts/
as you see there is no information in the manual how to properly set it up via guide which was with theme documentation. Please provide instructions how to set it up. Thanks

I see Eva your confusion 🙂 I’ve already created new Contact form, but it was a temporary solution I want to use Contact form which is inbuilt in this theme. Not my custom one, which you already checked:

So the issue is:
Q1)Could you please clarify with more details what issues you are experiencing?
A1) The issue is that I cannot create the contact form via IDstore template, I do not know how. In the documentation of “IDStore – Multi-Purpose WooCommerce Theme version 3.4” you wont find this information. So I’ve asked you to provide the information which is missing. As I cannot create the form due the lack of information. If you read topic above I’ve mentioned how I’ve tried to create it.
(I’ve created page named it contacts, in the page attributes under template choose “Contacts with wide layout” and pressing update\publish button. After these steps, then the page “contacts” are created. I am going to Appearance -> Menus. In the New tap of “nav-menus” I’ve adding the Contact button to menu structure. Next step in the “Theme Options” -> Contact Form I should fill information and all information should be reflected in my site under the button “contacts” link: http://www.scorpion3d.com/contacts/
but it was not updated anything there was a blank page. Do I need use some kind a short code for it ? or where I missing some think?

A2) Sorry, I wont provide access to my site, you do not need it. Please just explain, “write steps how” to create the contacts form or update these steps in documentations. It will be enough I think.

Hello,

The steps you described are correct.
Sorry, but we need wp-admin credentials to check what may cause the issue.
Also you may try to deactivate 3rd-party plugins as they can be the reason of the problem.

All 3rd party plugins was disabled wont helped, created a clean dummy site, same issues contact form not working. I cant provide clear access to my site as I mentioned before. Besides how to download update 3.5 IDstore version maybe in there will be bug fix. Please provide a link. thanks.

I’ve provided dummy site with the same issues. You can play with it, should be the same issues. as templates not working not for contacts not for portfolio.

I cannot update it thru the theme, I need to install it manually. so I need to download it firs please provide the source as in the theme forest downloadable only this version.

Eva, as I mentioned before there is no FTP. Please read before answering to the questions. I don’t want to waste our time. As I currently see as support you are not competence at all. as you cannot provide information which you required and every time you want to look at the site with out any proper answer.
Please can you assignee this ticked to person who have technical knowledge ? know meaning of the logs, can check via php code. thanks have a good day.
