    Hi there,

I’m experiencing an issue with the footer I created using Elementor. The design in the editor looks fine, but the frontend display doesn’t match it. Could you please help me resolve this?

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with the footer created in Elementor. We understand how important it is for the frontend display to match your design in the editor.

Please clear cache and check how it works now.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I clear the cache every time I make changes, but the issue reappears after a while. It seems that clearing the cache is only a temporary fix, not a permanent solution. Specifically, Element theme builder pages create unknown problems.

    For example, this page

    https://www.megapackaging.co.uk/product-category/bespoke-products/

is not aligned with the centre in the mobile version. Or I can’t change the background colour without using third-party plugins like YellowPencil. Also after every change footer goes back to a broken state.

    Dear @fatih durmus,

We hope this message finds you well.

It appears that the issue on your frontend has been resolved for now. Could you kindly notify us if the issue reoccurs? As we are currently unable to determine the exact amount of time required for the issue to manifest on your frontend, your prompt notification would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
