I'm getting API error (5) when I deactivate Xstore

    I am trying to deactivate xstore on http://foodiesonline.com.ng/ but I get an API error (5) exception .
    I am trying to use my xstore license on my new domain so pls can you help me deactivate the one on http://foodiesonline.com.ng and all its related directories and subdomains.

    Hello,

    Provide me Dashboard access to site where you are trying to deactivate theme.
