My client uses the identical category structure used by Walmart. You were kind enough to assist me a month or so ago with making sure the category in the first position was not in the expanded or open view (no + sign) by commenting out some code. Unfortunately you did not add this fix into your new releases (atleast not ver 1.3) because it went back to the same issue when I tried to upgrade so this theme is ver 1.2 that I’m working with.

    The issue:

All of sudden the sub categories and sub sub categories suddenly quit adhering to there assigned parent structure so now it appears as if this site has like 100 or so primary categories when in fact it’s like 20? Now the structure is in tack for many of the parent catagories but not intact for others like sporting goods. When I looked at the category section itself it stills looks fine, just not working.

I will add below the login to the site. Your assistance would be appreciated.

    Hello,

Could you please clarify where you see that issue?
As I see the categories on the Home page are shown fine.

    Thank you.

All the visible categories should have the + to the right.

Here is the same site before we moved it to the clients domain. Just go back and forth and you’ll see the difference.

    Development temp domain
    http://couponwiser.com

Client domain that I’m having the issue
    http://bargain-galore.com

I need the client categories to look like the ones on the temp domain.

    Hello,

As I see you have some categories added twice or more times.
    Please check them attentively.

    Thank you.

Excuse me but I am the only with access to the site and No I have not added categories twice. Did you even bother to look at the coupnwiser.com site??? Did you not see that the categories there all work fine??? The client’s live site at bargain-galore.com is the same site with NOTHING added. It looked just like the temp site until yesterday, so please do a little more digging as this was not caused by double entery hence couponwiser.com

    Hello,

There is an error shown in Chrome console that Woocommerce file is missing:

Have you made any changes in Woocommerce files? Also we recommend you to update Woocommerce plugin and the theme to the latest versions.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

No, I have not made any changes in woocommerce.

Did you read my statement that when I attempted to update to your newer theme that it broke the coding issue you guys provided so I was left with no choice but to remain with the earlier version? If you read that, then why are you suggesting I update the theme?

Can we chat on skype to save on these time delays in this attempt to resolve this issue in a timely basis?

    Hello,

The latest theme version is 1.4 and some bugs were fixed in it.
That’s why we recommend you to update the theme to this version.
If the issue persists after that please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
