Dear support
I’m having issues with Elementor Pro and it seems to be related to compatibility with the latest version of XStore Core in Version 4.1.2.1 theme.
When we disable xstore core we can come in and edit again

Can you help me? Maybe by advising a downgrade or upgrade or setting or…

Hello,

Do you mean that Home page cannot be edited?
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hello,

Provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
