Hi, I’m having trouble saving changes to my header sections. I complete them but when I update and go to my website the changes are not applied, what can I do? Thank you
Hello, @Modestino Ferraro,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
If the changes are visible in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.
We suggest that please try temporarily disabling the (CDN caching, cache plugins) and clearing the browser cache, and checking again.
If the issue still persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
8theme team.
Ok I solved even if now every time I make changes I have to clear the browser cache?
Hello, Modestino Ferraro,
We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.
Also, you can try to next Chrome browser tool to clear browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en

I solved this problem. Now I would like to ask, why when I refresh the page there are sections that load? For example, the products are not visible immediately, but the wheel is loading, how can I avoid this?
Hello, Modestino Ferraro,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Edit page content using Elementor and disable Lazy loading for elements, for example – https://prnt.sc/tnTY_7sZAZp4
