Hi Sir, have a good day. I have a problem with all caching plugins. I have tried all recommended and not recommended. They are all the same bug. I have deleted all. For external plugins I left only xstore and add caching. This problem occurs. ( Always Load wc-cart-Fragments ) is enabled, but it doesn’t work. When the template is left unbuffered it works fine…
Hello, Saleh,

Hello, Saleh,
Currently, we are only experiencing issues with the English version of the website. Could you please confirm if you have any specific cache settings for the website in this language?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I don’t have any of the cache. I am currently using WP Super Cache. But all installed add-ons are disabled. The same problem appears in the shopping cart
Hello, Saleh,
Thank you for your response.
We can’t log in to your site now. Have you changed access?
Please do the next tests and let us know the results:
1/ Please check how the number of products added to the cart works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site (go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too. Our XStore Core plugin can be disabled also to make this test more clear).
2/ Does the problem exist with the deactivated WP Super Cache plugin?
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hi. Technical support has been contacted with cache plugins. After the examination, he told me to call xstore and tell them about the problem, because the error in adding the number of products to the shopping cart occurs with all plugins compatible with WordPress and WooCommerce… During these two days, I thought that the problem was caused by Polylang. Delete plugins are disabled. Other multi-languages have been installed. And the same problem occurred. Please go to my admin panel and fix the bug. I’m now 3 days old and the template is facing a problem..
Hello, Saleh,
Please clear all cache including the cache of your mobile browser and check how it works now.
We added 2 videos (2 languages) in the Private Content area. We do not see the problem now. We checked from different devices and browsers.
Kind Regards,

Watch the video now in private content. And check again for the problem that affected the shopping cart. Watch the site now
Hello, Saleh,
Please clear the cache and check now.

Thank you sir Rose Tyler.. It’s been 3 days since the glitch. I contacted WP Rocket technical support and told me to contact xstore and now I have discovered that the main problem is related to WP Rocket… Thank you for fixing the bug and explaining to me. Have a good day.
