I’m having trouble using the theme demo. Can not Import demo!!

I’m having trouble using the theme demo. i have installed royal theme and followed the Demo Data Installation instructions found in the documentation. but it can not Import demo….>_<

Hello,

Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration. It caused problems with default import.
Please contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.

I have asked the host provider, you say the problem does not exist.

My previous experience can successfully install all wordpress theme demo from themeforest and very successfully installed countless theme , but only your theme (Royal – Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme) can not be installed on the host … @@

I need to use it to build my site ..

please tell me how to import this version

Hello,

As I see you have not installed the WooComerce plugin. Please install it.
Then you can install base demo content.

Hello,

The problem was you had “allow_url_fopen” function disabled on the server.
I’ve enabled it via .htaccess file and installed Beauty One Page successfully.
Please check.

When I log on to the ftp,I Can not see “.htaccess” file.Perhaps it is hidden..
My website will later be transferred to other hosts, so I need to know how to build a “.htaccess” file.
Can you help me to know how to set up a “.htaccess” file and what code I must write it in to “.htaccess” file ?

Hello,

“.htaccess” file is created as a simple file and needs to be named “.htaccess” with dot at the beginning. Your host should explain you how to enable functions via .htaccess. Also if you move to other host you should ask their support if they have “allow_url_fopen” function enabled on a server.
