I’m installing the Niche Market 03 demo and content is missing

I am installing a demo and it is not coming complete, the theme is missing images and the installation is not coming complete, I would like to know how to solve this. The demo I am installing is Niche Market 03. I am also in doubt if the installation is not being done completely because I do not have an active subscription to Elementor Pro, am I required to subscribe to Elementor Pro to be able to activate the Niche Market 03 demo completely?

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here:

We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.0, 8.1 or 8.2

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site, and then import the demo on your site again.
