I. I opened a topic yesterday asking how to translate some words in the theme, Olga came with the solution (loco translator). It worked in most cases, only in the word “clear” after selecting the product variations, not even the loco could find where that word was. Dunno if its cuz thats a JS file. Any ideas?
II. In loco translator, I do translate the “father” theme, not the child. My question is, wont’ it be overwritten in the further updates?
Ty for the pacience
Hello,
That string should be either in theme or in XStore core plugin translation. Make sure that you checked both. If it does not help then provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site.
It’s ok that you translate the parent theme. You need to translate the child theme in case you copied any files there or added your custom functions with texts that require translation.
