Im translating the website in Italian but, im not able to do it at 100%

    Dear Eva there is no problem, i have no rush with this particular prblem right now.
    you have to take my apologies for bother you 🙂 btw. Im usually a really good bugs finder so i will bother you more i think 😀 also because from next week i take the website online in the principal domain (not subdomain) and i try to do less damage possible (promise)

    I moved the website to the primary link, so is not anymore in the wp folder. btw.
    i found other problems, (before to move)
    in the page my account the menù is duble (just in that page)

    and, a question.. is possible have the shop menù started from closed? like in the hided menù filter?

    As I see the menu is shown once on My Account page:

    Please show a screenshot of the issue.

    To close first category you need edit the wp-content/themes/royal/js/etheme.js file. Find and comment out line 1808
    $this.find('>li').first().find('.open-this').html(minusIcon).parent().addClass('opened').find('ul.children').show();

    -___-” about the menù was there sice 2 week at last, and i ever forget to sai it.. now i can see it properly.. this is the mistery of the support! 😀

    If you comment that code first product category will be closed in the sidebar as you wanted.

    Good morning.

    I just quick tested the website on the smartphone. but.. is not all 100% resposinve right?
    Because in the description of the products, additional informations, and in the homepage some parts are cutted.

    Another question.. about the search button.. when i search something wrong, appear the phrase “NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND” were i can translate that phrase? lool like a dumb question but i didn’t find that part in the file IT.po

    about responsive..i tested now with more smartphone, one give me the problem (nexus 5) one nokia show me all responsive.. weird… i think all the weird problems are mine hehe

    Hello,

    Please provide us with correct FTP credentials in Private Content.
    Concerning responsiveness try to add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .sidebar-mobile-top > .row {
       display: block !important;
    }
