I’m using dokan light and when my vendors try and upload products it sometimes doesn’t upload

    I’m using dokan light and when my vendors try and upload products it sometimes doesn’t upload. I created a vendor account account and had the same problem. When changing the pictures of my category it also doesn’t save or upload. It said the product is saved or the category has been updated but then I refresh the browser and the old picture is back and it didn’t update.

    1/ Please make sure you applied all patches – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

    2/ Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

    1/ All patches is applied

    2/ Problem is not fixed with another theme so your are right.
