I just checked and realized that I still can’t use your paste function.
Please send me all the templates for importing, due to the long time it takes for you guys to respond quickly, I would not like to affect my progress again because of your template problems.
They explained like I did that they have cleared the cache and other settings, however they still can’t use your templates, please import all the templates for me.

Our reply time may vary depending on the number of requests and is up to 24 hours Monday-Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends. But is usually faster than that. Our developers team will be available after the weekend only.
“I still can’t use your paste function” – We kindly request that you reach out to your hosting provider’s support service for further assistance.
For instance, the cache on the server might be the source of the issue. Please disable it entirely and then test the insertion of elements to see how it functions.
Templates for importing are not ready, they can be only manually created for you by request, please let us know what section and from which page you want to get exactly, or solve the problem from your server side.
