Image carousel’s arrow not shown even I enable it

Hello

I have put in my site an image carousel, as you can see in this page:
https://abdullahsakkijha.com/about-us/

But the arrow isn’t shown, I don’ why, although I enable it, as you can see in below screenshot:

Do you have any idea why that?
