We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that the two images you submitted have differing heights and widths. They are intended to be displayed in two identical sections on the page, which is why you are experiencing the current issue.
Please use images in the same size, and then play with the next settings – https://prnt.sc/51btCnlt_OtC https://prnt.sc/PSkwSFpNwSh3 to achieve the desired result.
The mentioned settings are independent of our theme, which means the result you get will be the same with any other theme you activate. You need to contact not the theme author, but Elementor plugin support to get further assistance https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

You are really appreciated .. One more question is that image alignment is disturbed on zooming and didn’t see the scrollbar to view entire page. Entire image is not visible above 75% view in browser

We’ve changed the background image position to Top Left and also changed the Background Size to Contain then the images look correct now:
