    When I view my website in medium size screen, all looks good. But, when I view it on large screen, the image is not full width like it was inside the medium size screen.

    How to fix this?

    Hello,

    Please add this code in 8Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .vcpb-vz-jquery {
       width: 100% !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Failed to update the Global CSS. I tried it so many times but still didn’t work. After I click Save button, I get alert like above.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re using old theme version.
    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    What if I don’t want to update them? Because I have lots of customization in current setup. And I just want to make this image full width in large screen but I’m not able to edit the Global CSS. That’s all my problem. Please advice.

    Hello,

    Did you edit php files or just css code in Theme Options?
    You mustn’t edit original theme files, if you want you can create child theme and make changes in there.
    So please move your customization to child theme and update the theme to the latest version.

    Create a back up of the files and database before starting update process.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    I just updated all my plugins and theme to the latest version. Now when I click the “Save Changes” button inside the “8Theme Options” tab, the error persists. Still showing the same error popup thing.

    Please, contact administrator
