Hi
Hope you guys are doing great!
So, since the last update, images are not showing and have CSS issues.
I thought that it might be the cache plugin “Breeze” so I disabled it but nothing. I also tried unable CSS minification in “Speed Optimization” but nothing too.
Screenshot 1 is how it’s looking now.
Screenshot 2 is how it should look like. And the strange thing is that when I open “Customization” in “Appearance”, it shows the image and CSS correctly.
Thanks in advance.

Hello, Mario,
Thank you for your response.
In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling ALL third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

Hi Rose,
I’ve deactivated all third party plugins, cleared website/server/browser cache but still the same.
Btw I’ve also made a staging website and it seems that there’s no issue with the staging…. Strange. Credentials in private content area.
Any other solution?
Regards.
