Hello Tony & Team,
I am using a screen size of 17″ and the images are full width and appearing great.
On a bigger screen with more Pixels the image is not appearing as full width. When I view it from a 27″ monitor – the images are very small and not “adjusting to the screen size”
The pixels are more on the 27″ screen, could this be the case? Will I need to make the images larger in pixels.
I am using Elementor and have made the page and element “FULL WIDTH”
this is happening for an image and also the top menu header; when I add an image background as the MAIN HEADER background, it looks off and shorter on a 27″ monitor but looks great on a small screen (17′)
I am not sure what to do, do I have to make the images in more pixels (increase the sizes)?
I am including the details on the PCA
Thanks!
Hello, @TFS,
Actually, the issue appears because of image resolutions. Let me tell you why.
The 17 inches desktop has not more than 1920px size of width but the 27 inches desktop has more than or equal to 2500+ pixels width. The images you have added has a size of 1920 pixels see the image: https://postimg.cc/w76vWsDw and https://postimg.cc/zyQcf6N4 so you have to add an extra large size of images in order to solve your issue.

Thanks Tony,
So the image would need to be more pixels so when viewed from a bigger screen “it would look fitting” on the larger screen sizes
Hello, @TFS,
Exactly, You have to upload and set the larger resolution and size images and they will work and look perfectly on the larger screens as well.
