We have tried to implement the following snippet to display product images on the Woocommerce emails https://w3programmings.com/how-to-add-image-to-woocommerce-order-emails/
The product images show when the XStore core plugin is not active like this https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YFLh8DYD3XmEUXkHaBeDGDxQY0WFk9B4/view?usp=sharing
When the plugin is active the images on the email shows like this https://drive.google.com/file/d/1At8IKy_P62ectlFkpFRMT8UCkjMDy5Ps/view?usp=sharing
We already Troubleshoot by disabling all the plugins, we came to the conclusion by having only this plugin active and Woocommerce and the issue still happens, we have tried on the parent and the child theme.
Hello,
1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail.
2) Do you know that our theme comes with email builder and you can redesign WooCommerce emails according to your needs? You can find it in XStore > Email builder.

Credentials are in the private content area.
We are aware that we can use the email builder, but this was working previously, it happened after we have updated the plugin to the latest version.
Hello,
I checked your site and don’t see issue with the image once get the order even if XStore core plugin is activated https://prnt.sc/11e2feg
Regards
Are you making an order or are you using the Woocommerce email preview? Previewing the email works. However you need to make an order on the site with your email address, once you receive the email you will notice the image is missing.
Can you try with this setup https://drive.google.com/file/d/1At8IKy_P62ectlFkpFRMT8UCkjMDy5Ps/view I am seeing the thank you for your order email and not the invoice you are showing on your end. Also please try with this product.
Hello,
Try now, please.
Regards
yep that worked. which one is the fix so I can apply it to the live site?
Hello,
You are welcome.
We made changes in xstore/framework/theme-functions.php http://prntscr.com/11sfuol
So, move this file to live site. But keep in mind that the theme and XStore core plugin on the dev site were updated to the latest versions, so make sure that your live site also uses the latest version of theme before file uploading.
Regards
