Image Product slider feature is not working my Website

Hello 8theme team,

I have few problems with my Website.
1. On Single product page, Image Product slider is not working. ( I mean Initially 4-5 times its Working but then it starts showing only product image , no other image coming through slider.

Please open single product on my website and refresh it 4-5 times then you will see slider is not working .
I have tried everything but seems no use or May be I am doin some mistake.

2. Product Description dimension is different in some products for example ” Anti Dandruff shampoo( check my website )” it should be like step by step Horizontally but it is Vertically Columned!

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Hello Rose ,

you can update, I took backup.
btw i have 1 query, I have built my website on Child theme, and you are updating the parent theme( which is not active yet) so in this case don’t you think my Website appearance will change? Sorry for the silly question.
