Hi,
I found a questionable situation.
When I upload the product images, they did not have a same size. But after they are being uploaded and when I check them on the shop page, the outcome are all the same, may I ask why?
Thank you
Hello,
Probably because hard crop option is enabled in Appearance > WooCommerce > Product images. Disable crop is you want to have original proportions of the images on the grid.

Hello,
Yes, you need to select “Uncropped” to preserve single image aspect ratio.
Regenerate thumbnails to apply changes.

Hi,
Of course I like making the images at the same size automatically…..
All I am asking is just where is the setting……..
Is it this? https://ibb.co/3y8Lt1c
Is this “1:1” makes every image that I upload became the same size or what?
That’s it, I do not want to change any settings, I just want to know more about the Theme and WooCommerce settings……
Hello,
Please read these articles – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/ https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fixing-blurry-product-images/ https://woocommerce.wordpress.com/2017/12/11/wc-3-3-image-size-improvements/
“1:1” – crops images into a square. For more information, you can contact the support of woocommerce plugin, because these settings are independent of the theme.
As a rule, we recommend to use a graphics editor and prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading it to your media gallery.

OK, nevermind, thank you

Have a nice day.
