Image Source Not Updating On Homepage Causing Errors

The main background image on the homepage isn’t updating. It’s calling for a URL from our dev environment.

No matter what we do it keeps calling for the old link

It’s correctly listed in the css file

We’ve cleared cache on servers, cloudflare, and browsers, it does not help.

Please help!
