Images carousel doesn't show prev and next arrows

I’m using the images carousel in WPbakery but the previous and next arrows are not shown. The settings are fine because the “hide arrows” checkbox is not checked so it should work.

I noticed that I can see the arrows just when I change the row style from default to stretch (full width), in this case I can see the and use the arrows.
