Images, CSS, and JS not loading properly

Hi!

I have a problem where my site won’t load the images(mainly), and other content as well.

Hello, @Khalish,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

In order to resolve your issue, we suggest that you edit home page with Elementor > edit the relevant XStore widgets using Elementor > Edit the relevant element > Advanced > XStore Ajaxify > Lazy Load > Toggle it OFF and Publish it.

Once this is done, please check back on your site to see if the issue has been resolved.

Thanks for your reply.

About XStore Ajaxify, all of the xstore widgets are toggled off.

I am attaching the login credentials for my wp-admin.

Thank you for your response.

We recommend disabling any third-party plugins (including caching plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of your browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Yeah, I tried that but still not working. I don’t really know why, I’ve tried to re-install the WordPress, clear cache, disabled all plugins, but still nothing works.

Yeah the images are visible if you open the website while logged in to wp-admin. However, if you visit the site using other browser profile or incognito mode, the product images aren’t visible.

Such behavior means there is a cache problem, that comes from some option of cache plugin on your site.
Please try to disable cache plugins, and check then. If it helped, enable cache plugin and check the settings there, or contact support of that plugin.
