Hi There
I need to have the WooCommerce ‘Flat Rate Box Shipping’ extension and I think there maybe a conflict with the theme. Images and product descriptions seem to disappear using this extension, please advice to how this can be fixed.
Hello,
Unfortunately, I can’t login. Please check credentials.
Also, please describe your problem in more details and provide screenshots for better understanding. You may use such screenshot maker as Lightshot and provide screenshot link in Private content area.

Hi There
Correct login details added, sorry for the error!
As you can see in the below screenshot, when looking at a product the image slider doesn’t appear and the tabs of description & more information don’t have their content boxes.
Many Thanks
Chris

Hello,
You may update woocommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugins to latest versions, likely the problem will be solved. But will appear a message about outdated files in legenda theme, this message you may ignore, because it won’t make any effect on site functionality.

Updates have been done but the issue is still present annoyingly? :/
Hello,
Please check single product page with Storefront theme – official WC theme. If all works without any problem, provide us with FTP access we will check what can be done to fix the problem from our side.

All works fine on standard theme. I have added ftp details, I have to unlock ftp with my host and so I have done that for 7 days.
Many Thanks
Hi there
Could I get an idea of an expected timeline for a fix to pass on to my client?
Many Thanks
Hello,
Please add this code in custom.css file of parent theme or in style.css file of child theme:
.quick-view-popup .images, .single-product-page .images {
visibility: visible;
height: auto;
}
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qok2zRedRMY.

Thanks Rose.

Hi
Okay I have chatted to the plugin developers and we’ve got the issue fixed. I thought you maybe interested in their response however:
So that Stripe error in the console? It doesn’t show up when using Twenty Seveteen, only when we switch to Legenda – that’s why I wasn’t able to reproduce it
It’s a weird little thing, probably – somewhere in the theme, something is conflicting with Stripe. They shouldn’t bother each other at all, but they are in this case
If you don’t want to use Apple Pay, and don’t want to switch to a different theme, then the easiest thing to do is to just disable that Payment Requests option in Stripe
Further testing shows that the message is showing up in Twenty Seventeen, but I have what I need to take this to our developers
So it seems it was the apple pay bit of stripe that is causing an issue with the theme maybe?
Anyway, thanks again for you help and the great theme 🙂
Chris
