“Products Per Row On Category Page” you can change via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout.

Hello,

We’ve checked the product you provided in the Private Content area, and do not see any effect on its image from our theme side. You can activate any other theme, for example – Storefront (default woocommerce theme), and the result will be the same.
