Images distorting - by digitalityblue - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi there!

    I’m adding product variations (size, colour) to a parent product. The parent product displays perfectly but when I select a product variation the image associated with that variation distorts. The product variation images are exactly the same size as the parent product. Any idea what is going on?

    We’ve checked your products and they are without distortion.
    Can you show me a link or a screenshot of the product you have problem with?

    I recommend you to use this plugin if you change size of the pictures

    HI,

    When in the page pelase go to http://thebamboosecret.com.au/product/bamboo-fabric-diapers/
    When you choose a differemt colour in the option menu they go blurry.

    I have tried regenerate thumbs however it did not work.

    Is there a way I can e-mail them? It seriously cannot be this difficult to work out my problem? I pay good money for this template.

    My image goes blurry when it changes from the parent product… if you use the login details I have provided you will be able to see them in the media folder.

    Please try to clear your browser cache or use some other browser!
    If problem still persist please provide us with clear sreenshot of the issue. (Upload your sreenshots to some external image storage)
