Images do not appear with new products - by borej

last topic was not solved completely. New Images only appear when Hover.
With new products it doesnt work only with old images. See our topic from two month ago

Hello,

Your image can’t be loaded as such link is written in the source code: src=”http://kitty.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/”, so there is no image file.
We recommend you to try changing permissions for images to 777 in the wp-content/uploads/2014/06 directory.
If it doesn’t help, please check if this issue persists with default theme.

It is already defines as 777 so i do not think that’s the problem

Are 777 permissions set for image files or the folder? Try to change them for the image file on this page: http://kitty.co.il/store/disney/lovely-winnie-pooh-sticker/
Also please check if this issue persists with default theme.

all imagess are 777
folders too
the theme is default
only css changed

Hello,

As I see you have old theme version, please update it to the latest one (2.9.2). Don’t create multiple folders with the old theme versions, you must overwrite the current files with the updated ones. Please read our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/upgrade

The thing is this bug was created in the first place after our update withj all images. We gave you acsees and then you fixed it but only for images already been on the website. With new images the bug is not fixed

Hello,

As I see all the images in /public_html/wp-content/uploads/2014/06 directory have 666 file permissions. Please change them to 777 as we are unable to do this getting the error:
“550 CHMOD 755 winni.jpg: Operation not permitted”
Or ask your hosting provider to do this.
