my demo site images is not mported properly, alread checked with reinstallation and checked with diff diff demo sites but got the same error, could you please help on this

We appreciate your prompt response.
The problem on your site was caused by plugins that you activated before the demo import.
We’ve disabled plugins and imported demo content. You can activate plugins now one by one, but do not activate unrequired plugins (read plugin description) because every additional plugin slows down the site a bit.

“i hadn’t activated any plugin before demo content import then how this plugin activate itself ” – – someone who has access to your site installed and activated plugins via Dashboard. This is independent of our theme, because the mentioned plugins don’t come bundled with XStore.
Regarding your request to share the plugin name to avoid in the future, it appears there has been a misunderstanding. Our intention was to explain that plugins utilize resources on your server. Since many plugins were activated, there might have been insufficient server resources available to smoothly handle the installation of the demo content all at once.

I am satisfied with your resolution, but it can be resolve in less than 3-4 hours,
we are working in a business and a lengthy resolution time can be harmful for a business, my low rating is not for you but my low rating is your team work process mechanism, I think this kind of issue should be resolved in max 4 hours, that should be good practice, we have paid to 8 theme to get quick solution, business can not wait 24 hours to resolve on a miner issue, I hope you get my point,
