Hello, I am have completed an essential grid page with gallery images. They are showing up in wordpress but when I go on the live webpage the images are not showing up. How do i solve this problem?

Hello,

Please change permissions to 777 for the folder wp-content/uploads and for the folders inside the “uploads” directory. After that check images on the site.

I contacted the godaddy support and I asked them to do what you advised. They changed the permissions to 777 in the wp-content/uploads but nothing happened. Also, they told me that godaddy is not responsible for this problem and is problem of the theme.

I can provide you with the credentials that you are looking for since nothing seems to work. But what kind of FTP credentials are you looking for? the GODaddy user and pass, or the credentials of the SFTP that I used to enter my files from the filezilla?

Hello,

The problem was you selected Portfolio template for Gallery page and inserted Ess. Grid shortcode. There was a conflict.
I’ve set page template to default.
Please clear browser cache and check your Gallery page now.
