The images were uploaded by the client and then rotated in the WordPress media editor, some are landscape and some portrait. On desktop it is fine, the images show as rotated to the correct axis, but on iPad and mobile, they show as being on their side still. I tested when we first built it last June, but with my own images, which were obviously fine as I edited them, she’s been adding them since then and has only spotted now it has gone live last night!! Has anyone else had this issue? I’ve tried rebuilding thumbnails. The client does not have the app to edit images themselves, nor the budget to pay me to do it, I’d have thought editing in WordPress, changing all the sizes, would do the job?

    Hello,

I’ve checked images on mobile and they are shown fine:

Please show a screenshot of the issue for our better understanding.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Please check if the issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront https://www.woothemes.com/storefront/ . If it is there too you may contact Woocommerce support regarding it. Also some plugin may cause the problem. So disable them one by one.

    Thank you.
    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
