    Hi Team,

I am try to adjust my front page of my website Perthcandlesupplies.com.au as I can only show 2 columns which in turn stretches the images and causes them to be blurry. Additionally I am trying to download the additional plugins you have on your support page and it comes up with the following error (The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini)

Lastly I paid the $49AUD for the theme and it is asking if I want to upgrade to the pro version, is this on top of the above fee?

Oh one thing I left out was that the slider function doesn’t appear to be working, when activated nothing changes even after I select things to display.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the topic.
Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements before the installation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ (Contact your hosting provider and ask to increase required values).
“Products per row” can be changed via Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog settings.
Image size you can change via Customizer > Woocommerce > product images (do not forget to regenerate thumbnails) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/
To install plugins go to Appearance > Install Plugins. Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/activation-and-purchase-codes/
About the slider issue, make sure that Slider Revolution plugin is enabled and you have some sliders imported.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards

    Hi Team,

When I go too, Customize > Woocommerce > Product Catalog settings there is no option for “Products per row.

    Hello,

Please, provide me access to site where you are using our theme.
This theme x-Store https://www.preciousthemes.com/downloads/x-store/ is not our theme, author of that theme is Precious Themes http://prntscr.com/jcorei .

We are authors of XStore theme https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 And these are 2 different themes.

    Regards
