Hey guys,
Is it possible to import “bought together” items based on SKU? I have exported metadata, but it seems to only list product ID in the export. I recently tried to run a import using SKU’s in the datafield, but it didnt appear on site.
We currently have over 2600 products that we get in XML format from our supplier, but that data only contain referense to SKU and SKU of accessories. We are doing a automated update on these items, so doing a find ID based on SKU and do a replacement of SKU to ID’s is really troublesome.
We are using Webtoffee Pro, with import export of hidden metadata, fieldname is “meta:_et_bought_together_ids”
Are you able to help us in some way or another?
Hello, Follo Bad,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible (according to our knowledge base) to get product meta field values by product SKU. You should contact with import plugin’s author for such cases.
In our opinion to get those values you will be able to create some filters/functions to make export actions with finding product ID by the sku -> finding meta values -> gettings those values.
Hope you will find a workaround in cooperation with plugin’s author.
